  • Improved Outcomes: Reduced reliance on emergency visits and greater patient engagement in preventive care.

The Challenge

For too long, tribal communities have faced significant barriers to care: limited access to specialty providers, fragmented systems, and a higher prevalence of chronic health conditions. These challenges not only impact individual health but also strain community resources and limit the ability to build sustainable, culturally aligned health systems.

Our Approach

  • Partnership with Indigenous Pact: Working side by side with tribal leaders to design care models that reflect each community’s unique needs.
  • OneGen Room Technology: Bringing virtual specialty consults directly into tribal clinics, reducing travel and expanding reach.
  • Physician Network Extension: Guardiant providers integrate into tribal health teams, filling gaps while strengthening local capacity.
  • Training & Support: Equipping local staff with tools and ongoing guidance to ensure care delivery is consistent and sustainable.

The Impact

Together with Indigenous Pact, Guardiant has helped Tribal Nations bridge critical care gaps. Communities now have easier access to both primary and specialty services, supported by virtual care technology and a nationwide physician network. Local clinics are strengthened with added expertise and resources, while care delivery remains aligned with cultural traditions and sovereignty. As a result, more patients are receiving preventive care, chronic conditions are better managed, and reliance on emergency care is reduced.

Looking Ahead

Our commitment to Tribal Nations is long-term. Guardiant and Indigenous Pact are expanding these models across more communities, scaling OneGen Room technology, and investing in local workforce development to ensure care remains rooted in tribal sovereignty and culture.
